How did I miss this, post? It’s a good civics lesson on one of the main responsibilities legislators have to their constituents. Thank you, Justin.
Not sure why there is any surprise here. From what I am told, our legislators through the years have all done the same thing… different situations same process, same result. A waste of time and dollars spent attempting to convince voters that they actually doing something real. In the end most fall in line to approve whatever is before them and, none have any informed knowledge of the subject matter. Amazing that voters continue to support this incompetency and put them back in office time after time.
As for this latest effort by the Governor to curry support by unilaterally raising wages, it remains to be seen how many again rise to this political bait and actually swallow.
